What's in a Name?

While dealing with one of those faceless corporations that handles cellular phones, I came across one person's title. The company itself is not that important. Slow People Rarely Implement New Technologies.
The title was listed as "Complex Billing & Project Support". So that's what the kids are calling it nowadays? I wonder if the titles add up. Can you hear them chatting in the break room? "Oh I was in Project Support last year, but now I'm in Complex Billing too." Just think. A year from now their title might be "Complex Billing, Project Support & Switch Flipper".

If the company ever figures out a way to simplify their rates, this person might be out of a job.

Hey, flippin' switches is tough stuff. 4 years at college teaches you how to do that!
