Why does it have to be so cold in here? I'll tell you why, because someone somewhere else in the office is hot. It doesn't matter if that person is wearing a sweater or has a heater under the desk. They are hot, so you must be cold.
It's like Ice Station Zebra in here... In fact it's so cold in here I'm seeing the wings on those little fly bugs ice up and drop them to the floor.
