You have to love consulting computer experts. They come in with all their expertise and tell you what a moron you are and treat you thusly. Every once in a while you catch one of these "experts" and it makes you wonder where they received their fountain of knowledge.
Case in point --
Consultant> So where are the files located? Now most computer-savvy type people would immediately recognize that the name after the two backslashes IS the server. But Rocky Ramjet can not only seem to translate the very clear notation, he has trouble clicking on the stupid link to take him directly to the location where the file is.
GTG> The EXE is out there in the Install folder on the Raleigh server. Link: \\raleigh\install\
Consultant> What server is \\Raleigh on?
What's really funny is this same guy questions every nit picky thing he finds wrong with the network setup, like he KNOWS something. Every time I have one of these conversations with him I have to lower his "Perceived Knowledge Rating" another 10 points. A few more times and it will drop in to the negative numbers.

I just start people off in the negatives so they have to work their way up.
