Geek Squad

Tech support people have a bad enough reputation as light-weight glasses-wearing technobabble-spewing nerds but Geek Squad seems to be giving us good apples an even harder time. Take for example Mike's story. He had some spyware slowing his PC down and took it to the Geeks at Best Buy.

Should you trust some guy with a VW and a badge that makes $8 per hour?
Mike could have taken me to see Ironman, bought me some popcorn and I would have fixed it for free.
