Help Me Help You

So I'm chatting with this guy over the phone yesterday about his email mailbox filling up. He's been getting warning messages for months, but I'm guessing he ignored them.

GTG> Dude, you really need to clean up your emails.
User> Yeah, I know.
GTG> No, I mean it. If you don't do something soon your account will get locked down.
User> Ok, ok. I'll do it now.
It's been 24 hours now and he's deleted a whopping 200 messages out of over 20,000.
GTG> Dude, how's that email cleanup coming?
User> I spent a couple of hours going through them all. I trashed a whole bunch.
GTG> Did you get another warning message?
Now I already know full well that he got a warning email.
User> Yeah I guess I did.
GTG> Dude, you "guess"? That's like being "almost pregnant".
User> I'm working on it. I'll get it cleaned up.
GTG> Don't come crying to me when the email stops.
User> No, I'll do it.
Will he do it or not? Tune in tomorrow to find out.

On another note, I wonder if he doesn't like me calling him "Dude"?

UPDATE: Amazing! He cleaned up over 4500 email messages and is no longer receiving warning messages. Thanks, Dude!
