Sometimes, even tech support people need tech support. Case in point, we are having some trouble with a new application that is supposed to work on the Blackberry PDAs.
You know it is going to be a long day when you get this email reply for your tech support request:
Dear Grumpy Tech Guy,By the time they get back, it will be time for Easter.

Our engineering team is investigating your problem. However, most of the engineering team members are on their Chinese New Year holiday this week. We will get back to you as soon as possible after Chinese New Year.
