What Do I Do Now?

So you spend some time crafting a concise email message with all the instructions someone could possibly need and you get this in return:

To: Grumpy Tech Guy
Subject: RE: Handy Program

It's asking me if I want to install the converter. What do I do now?

From: Grumpy Tech Guy
To: User, User, User, and User
Subject: Handy Program

Gentlemen,

Please run the attachment. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
The VPN is not necessary. It will just slow you down. When the install asks if
you need the converter, do you want to download and install now? Say yes.
This program basically puts a printer in with your other printers allowing
you to convert a document to PDF.
